Lucille Maria Hoffman, nee Konstantynowicz, 87, beloved wife for 67 years of the late Albert; loving mother of Denise (Arnie) Harvey, Vickie (Joe) Hodges, Leslie (Jeff) Weiler and Karen (Steve) Balinski; cherished grandmother of Frank (Shannon), Jeff (Samantha), Niecee (Jeremy), Beckie (Rich), Joey (Rachel), Rachel (Lee), Jason (Amanda) and Lisa (Mike); adored great grandmother of 15; caring aunt of Michelle Dolan; dear sister-in-law of Beverly Hoffman. Chapel service Monday 12:15 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 West Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
